Is Way2Door only for milk sellers?
No. We started with dairies because milk is the most demanding recurring delivery there is. The same tools work for anything sold on a schedule — water cans, bread and eggs, vegetables, tiffin, flowers, newspapers and groceries.
Do my customers have to install an app?
It's best if they do, but they don't have to. They can confirm their details from the link you send, right in the browser. You can also keep managing customers who never use the app.
Can I bring my existing customer list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with names, phones, addresses and quantities. We show you duplicates and missing details before anything is created.
What if my delivery staff lose network?
The delivery mode works fully offline. Every update is saved on the phone and synced automatically when the connection comes back.
Will other businesses see my customers?
Never. Each business's data is isolated at the database level, and customers only see the sellers they joined themselves.
